The air fryer makes these gluten-free chicken tenders crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They are a tasty and better for you option than regular fried chicken tenders.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C
In a shallow dish, mix together gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere
Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch each other
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce
