Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Shredded coconut flakes optional, for garnish
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat
Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
Mix until smooth and well combined
Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners
Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into the mini muffin cups
